YES!! For most products, we offer customization in consultation with you. Before anything is customized, we'll share a mock-up example of what the final product will look like, for your approval. Note: All custom products are non-refundable/non-returnable as they're one of a kind made especially for you!

One of our top-selling items are our generously sized (3' x 2') custom handpainted coir doormats. Custom mats are only offered at specific times of the year, so watch for announcements on our Instagram and Facebook pages. We also offer our tried and true best-seller mats with furbaby related sayings, available through the website.

You can also find our coir doormats at House in the Oak Trees in the Village in Pine Ridge Hollow.

Nope – wishful thinking ha ha!! As much as we love doggos and being creative, we also like to eat, so the full-time gig is elsewhere – for now at least!

In order to offer you the widest selection of options in specific categories, eg. Clothing – variety of colors, range of sizes, etc. we've partnered with Printful Canada. How it works is – we provide our design to them and they can print it onto a wide variety of materials, tshirts, hoodies, crewnecks, tote bags, hats...even a dog dish or bandanna! All of the options available are selected when you order an item.

Please note that some items will be shipped to you from the US and as such may incur a customs fee. Raise the Woof Shop is not responsible for these fees they are determined by the discretion of the Customs Office.

Shipping:

Shipping is currently offered only in North America- our home base is Winnipeg, Manitoba. Canada Post is generally used. Shipping is slow sometimes, especially during the holidays. If you select a shipping method with no tracking, please understand that Raise the WOOF is not liable for lost shipments. If an incorrect address is provided and/or shipment is refused, please note there will be a charge incurred for the return shipment.

Raise the Woof is not responsible or liable for any customs or duty fees on packages. Fees are determined and issued by the Customs office.

Returns:

Items can be returned within 14 days in original condition, unused, unworn.

Exchanges:

No exchanges are permitted, unless it is to change size or color of an existing in-stock item.

Custom ordered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
